In short

1. Who these terms are between, and accepting them

These terms are an agreement between you, as a user of the InTimePost app and the InTimePost link website (together, "InTimePost"), and Emirhan Sarıal, who runs InTimePost ("we", "us"). By creating your profile you accept these terms and the Community Guidelines. How your personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Information Notice.

5. Limits

To keep the service fair and free for everyone, we apply limits: at most 50 capsules a day, in every 30-day period 20 MB of photos and voice on the free plan and 200 MB with Premium, at most 200 follows a day and at most 20 reports a day. We may change these limits as needed.

8. What you must not do

In addition to the Community Guidelines: you must not use InTimePost for any unlawful purpose, and you must not try to overload the system, get around security measures, access other people's accounts or locked capsules, or create accounts or collect data using automated tools.

9. If the rules are broken

We may remove content that breaks the rules, hide it from Explore, temporarily ban your account from posting to Explore and, for serious or repeated breaches, suspend or close your account. While your account is suspended you can sign in and see your own capsules, but you cannot send capsules, follow, like or post to Explore, and your profile is not visible to others. Capsules you sent before continue to open for their recipients. Some decisions are made automatically; you can appeal them (Community Guidelines). Where the law requires, we give information to the competent authorities.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will announce important changes in the app before they take effect. If you keep using InTimePost after a change, you accept the new terms; if you do not accept them, you can delete your account.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. As a consumer, you keep the ways of seeking redress given to you by Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts). If you live outside Turkey, this choice of law does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
